EZA Stormblood Server Update - IMPORTANT INFO
Added 2017-05-23 00:59:52 +0000 UTCRecently, Square Enix announced a plan they have since put into place in an effort to curb the server congestion players may experience around the launch of Stormblood next month. At this time, and until further notice, Gilgamesh and Balmung servers are closed to all new characters, whether you try to make a new one or transfer an existing one. These are the only two North American servers affected by this. Ultros, the server we are going to be on for Stormblood, is currently open to new characters and transfers.
However, Ultros was one of the most populated servers at ARR's launch and was a high population server in the early days of Heavensward. There is a small and very unlikely chance with the new expansion's launch, Ultros could be reclassified as a server locked out to new characters and transfers. Still, we're advising anyone who wants to join EZA in Stormblood to create a new character on Ultros or transfer over ASAP.
Also, today, Square Enix announced that you will be able to purchase "Jump Potions" to skip ahead to Stormblood starting on June 16th, the first day of Early Access. To skip to Stormblood in the story will cost you $25 USD. There will also be a job boost potion that also cost $25 USD that will take any job to level 60 immediately. Please be advised that the job boost potion can only be used once per account until Patch 4.1 arrives sometime in early fall of this year. That means even if you have multiple characters, if they're all on one service account, you can only boost one job on only a single character once during 4.0. Please select your options carefully!
I believe somebody already has an EZA FC on Ultros, but just in case, I also made one. If you are the leader of that FC, please get in touch with me ASAP so we can figure something out. Once you arrive in Ultros, we'll have you contact somebody in-game (might be me in the end) to get you added to the EZA FC.

My wife and I are brand new to the game and are looking to join the Allies for the group content. My in game names are Drakkul Grimortalys/Kasdeya Grimortalys, and hers is Daevinity Inspirata. I've been attempting to use the player search function to find someone online so I can get joined up, but have been unsuccessful (of course, it's E3...so our timing is amazing). If anyone with invite rights pops in game and sees this message, mind tossing us an invite? Thanks!

So thinking on creating a new character but going through all the main story again seems a bit...much... well i prolly create a new one just to see how it is in ultros

Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be leaving the Sargatanos server anytime soon and I don't want to go through all of 2.0 again after making a new character nor do I want to pay for the skip potion.
