Battlefield 1 - Easy Allies Review

I'm shocked by this as well, Otto. I am not really interested in the multiplayer but was really excited for the single player campaign. Kinda odd they didn't really touch on it at all. I feel like this was a MP only review

Thanks for the awesome review! I just bought it after seeing this review, with my discount from Amazon Prime :)

Was surprised at the incredibly little to zero mention of SP in this one considering the SP is a HUGE improvement over the past couple of entries in recent years. Yes Battlefield has always been about the MP but the SP in this entry actually had some depth and work done to it.

I'm a bit iffy with this one. The game is epic, and it is STUNNING to look at, but the chaotic clusterfuck nature of BF multiplayer seems to be turned up to the max. Think it might be the detail in the environment, its harder than ever to pick out the enemies in the terrain, my old eyes just can't cope. Oh to be a teenager again.

Oh Huber there's 4 elite kits - MG,Flamethrower, Anti Tank Rifle and SMG <3

Wow, killing other review sites literally. (pay attention to the names of who Huber kills)

Bloody good hit!

Great review for what looks like a really fun game. Thanks Huber! L&R

I was also disappointed that Huber barely mentioned it. It sounds pretty cool actually going by what Gamespot said about it in their review.

So it sounds like the "Elite Soldier" class can be picked up on the battlefield? Do they appear as icons like in Battlefront? Can we get a lil more info on that?

Was the single player campaign really so inconsequential that it didn't deserve any focus in the review?
