Huber, racketeering is always mentioned in mafia/gang related movies since racketeering is mostly an issue with organized crime. Racketeering comes in many forms, but one of the most common ways is when the thugs/pawns of the local mafia come to a storekeeper, and tells them that if they pay "protection money", then they can keep them protected, even though the storekeeper was just fine before the mafia showed up. And then the storekeeper gets stuck in an endless loop of trying to upkeep his shop while paying for increasing prices in "protection services" that he doesn't even need. I hope that makes sense!

I actually liked that in Mafia 2 it was all story no filler. I did enjoy GTA 4 story too but felt like the game was cluttered with optional and mandatory side stuff. Just driving around in Mafia 2 in between missions absorbing the vibes was so good. Too many cops though.

Just finished Magia 2 for the third time, played through the game now on every platform available. Loved it back then, still love it today. I was never really into GTA, there are just too many distractions for me (although the story of GTA5 got me focused a bit more than the games before) and that's why I would be hugely disappointed if Mafia 3 was like GTA. Just give me those character relations, let me have that sweet story about trust and betrayal and let me find out what happened after Mafia 2. Mafia 3, my most wanted game this year!
