About Milk, blood should be the least of their worried. Milk is pasteurized harshly that it removes nutritional benefits, then they refortify it with vitamins, hormones, etc. The thing why I avoid dairy milk is because, contrary to popular belief, milk actually removes calcium because cow's milk is meant for cows. It's acidity level forces calcium to be used to neutralize its affect which results in a net loss in calcium.

If you guys would actually like to get informed about milk and the real implications that come with buying it, then watch Cowspiracy a popular documentary available on Netflix. I think everyone deserves to know what you're putting into your body and the effects on animals and the environment that come from drinking it. There are plenty of substitutes for milk today such as, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, etc and could easily replace it. I made the moral choice to go vegan about a year ago and I have never felt so healthy and jolly (without the subconscious guilt of abusing animals by my eating decisions). Straight up Jolliness to the max when I eat. I think you guys would love it. You should try it for a week. I'm calling you guys out on this (as a beloved fan for years) especially you Huber! Unless you think you cant handle it!...... oh and you wouldnt need to worry about that cholesterol anymore Huber because veganism is statistically the #1 diet to decrease your risk for heart disease :). Love and respect.
