Amyโs intentions for getting them back to the physical plane are one, bring peace to their families (reason why she was checking their for IDs), and two, make sure DLA canโt eat the remains to get stronger. The souls have already been eaten by DLA. If theyโre able to exorcise him, then the souls can easily pass on since the spiritual plane is limbo :) Iโm trying to humanize Amy as much as possible before I do everyone dirty in about 2ish full episodes lol

2022-10-21 20:57:32 +0000 UTCHoly shit Ro - this one was fucking haunting... just seeing the eyes, the gore ... the emptiness. What happened to their souls?? Are they a part of daddy longarms now?? If their bodies are brought to the physical plane, how will their souls get free... God I am so glad you took a moment to show Ryder have that raw moment of emotion. And that you also took the time for Amy to recognize it and be there for him in a way that let him have it. I'm glad that we spent time here, because I think we as readers also forget that these victims were people too.
