The Rings of Power is garbage. 馃槀 I tried watching it and can't get over the homemade costumes and short hair. LOTR has inspired 99% of all fantasies we know today! Gandalf's wizard look is the blue print for most fantasy wizwards. (It is known) 馃槀 Just like how the Wicked Witch of the West (Wizard of Oz - 1932) has a distinct look that all witches are modeled after. Black dress, green skin, and broomstick. I'd count C.S. Lewis as another author with a major fantasy influence. He and Tokien were also friends.
