I totally agree about Echo, but I will say that she also attempted to kill Octavia, even thinking she did for a bit. Octavia only knows that side of Echo, she doesn't have the in-between moments the other characters have had throughout the seasons. So add that on top of the conclave, I actually do understand where she is coming from and why she isn't over it. She's just reacting personally and while valid, sometimes as a leader that might not be wise.
