A Message from Riley that Meant the World to Us

This particular comment on Facebook really touched everyone with The Pro Channel and That Park Place. I thought I would share:

I firmly believe that God puts us in the right place at the right time...often. Today, that was being on the members-only portion of the live show.

For the past 7 years, I have owned a bakery. And then last September I very clearly heard God say, "I've got something else for you." So I finished the orders I had left, and closed my doors. Because when God leads... you follow.

Very quickly, He put two things in my path. One of which was to start a travel agency. I personally love to travel, and find joy in planning the details for my own family. But I had no experience doing it for someone else.

I jumped right in on January 1st and learned as much as I could. I got certified in all of the places, launched socials, and became official.

Here's why today meant something special to me:

My travel agency is named Expedition Elias. I feel a deep calling to help families have fun together... like Walt's own original dream. I greatly understand that the family unit is under attack, and I want to do my part to fight against that.

I have been wrestling with the idea that, along with many other places, I truly want to help families go to Disney as well. But... well I'm aware of the current culture. So I was kind of nervous with the idea of it seeming hypocritical to suggest that Disney is still a viable option for families.

But your answer tonight - when you described what it feels like to walk through Walt's childhood and into his imagination... it gave me the refresh I needed! You are 100% correct, and I thank you for taking the time to share that beautiful indescribable feeling. And now I know how to convey that to families who might have reservations like I did. There is still magic to be made. And Walt's dream is one worth saving.

Keep up the phenomenal work, team. I am a big fan... and hope to partner with you one day soon!
