Come on now pro, I assume you are being cute. The panel 2 note was an attempt at detailed Theming. Circus labor crews are not bright so all parts and peices are labeled for easy assembly and tear down as they move town to town every week. Fantasyland circus is one of the most detailed lands WDI had done to date. A lot of love went into those details.
