October update and Ad-Free code

Half-way through the first half-term. Hope everyone's getting match-fit again.
The main updates last month were to the question generators, in particular the Example-Problem pair tool which now links to an appropriate manipulative. Another nice addition is the ability to add parameters to url's so activities can be set up and linked to. For example: Prime Factors
I'm also pleased to announce the first two sponsors for the site:

I'm now in a position to consider sponsors for all the sections of the site now, so if you know anyone that's interested please let me know.
