New Video and Update

Hey everybody, I hope you're doing well! I'm sorry I have been gone for a little while, I started prepping a lot of projects and got a little behind while doing that and it delayed a new video a little bit longer than I would have liked. So I wanted to share some of what I have been working on and also share a link to the new video.

I like to start working on the longer videos really early so that they don't become too overwhelming once it comes time to make them, and so these are the videos that are currently in the scripting process that I'm working on. One is an exploration of the concept of loneliness in horror media. Another is on the history of doppelgangers in horror media and real life. One is on the history of horror in high fantasy fiction, and why that should be done more often. I'm working on a longform retrospective and critique of Alan Wake, and also I'm in the early process of this year's Halloween video as well. Here are also the thumbnails I plan on using for a few of these videos.

I can't really say when these will come out yet because I will want to take on shorter projects in between them so that I won't burn myself out, but I just wanted to show off some stuff that will be coming down the line that I'm actively working on. Also, here is the link to the newest video, an Anatomy of a Franchise on the Underworld series. I hope you like it! This past week I have gotten sick and completely lost my voice and because a section covering the end of the video and the last movie hadn't been recorded yet I have left everything about the last movie out of this version of the video. But the last ten or so minutes will be in there once the full video goes live on the channel after my voice returns which hopefully should be soon.
