I want to state my take on this video but I want to make clear that this is from a positive view on the video, no shade thrown at all. I promise. I like the video but I feel like the dune bits were superficial in depth. I think it doesn’t give proper context for a bunch of the points stated. It comes off like if the points are taken from cursory watches of the movies and perusing of a bunch of articles where someone reviews the dune books critically or by someone interviewing Frank Herbert.(I’m not saying that is what you did, it just feels like it.) I don’t see anything specifically wrong factually but the framing of the points seem off to me. I think it probably has to do with the comparison to hard to be a god. It’s as if by focusing on the comparison a lot of the nuance and mystique of the dune books is omitted. It is a cool video though. The hard to be a god bits are especially intriguing. Keep up the good work my dude
