I've always wondered: to do a video like this, do you have to do anything to emotionally and mentally prepare yourself? There's such an emotional vulnerability to earnestly saying I love you over and over again (especially to a bunch of strangers) that I imagine it takes time or effort to get yourself into the kind of headspace to record this versus, let say, scratching on a microphone.
