The Midnight Owls is an assassin's guild that runs in the big city of Shatterdam. They are famous for their quiet and furtive assassinations. No one hears a Midnight Owl coming until they fall from the sky and put a knife in your throat. This magic cloak is made with the enchanted feathers of a Giant Owl.
While wearing this cloak, when you fall from 60ft or less, you descend slowly, take no Falling damage, and can land on your feet. If you fall from greater heights, you safely descend 60ft before starting to fall normally.
