This magic sword is carved from the very bones of a Black Dragon. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
As a bonus action, you can utter the blade's command word, unleashing its corrosive essence. For 1 minute, it drips with a potent acid, reminiscent of the Black Dragon's venomous breath. When you hit a creature for the first time in a turn with this magic sword while it's activated, the creature takes an additional 1d8 acid damage.
Once you've activated the sword's corrosive ability, it cannot be done again until the next dawn.
