Halberd, uncommon (requires attunement)
This golden halberd is a masterpiece. It has a silver eagle head with crystal eyes on the base of its sharp blade and power that grants its possessor full knowledge of its surroundings. You can’t be surprised while you are conscious.
Eagle flight. As a bonus action, you can release a gust of wind that revolves around you and grants you a 60ft flying speed until the end of your next turn.
Sharp Feathers. As an action, you can hit the ground with this magic halberd, expend two charges and speak its command word. Hundreds of translucent illusory feathers appear, floating around you in a 10ft circle until the end of your next turn. As long as the feathers are still around you, as a reaction, you can make an attack roll against any creature that enters or attempts to leave the area.
Total Awareness. You can speak it’s magic weapon’s command word and give yourself advantage on any perception check that relies on sight. The effect lasts for 10 minutes as your eyes turn pale white.
You can use each of those abilities once for long rest.
