Halberd, very rare (requires attunement)
This golden halberd is a masterpiece. It has a silver eagle head with crystal eyes on the base of its sharp blade and power that grants its possessor full knowledge of its surroundings. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. You can’t be surprised while you are conscious, and other creatures don’t gain advantage on attack rolls against you as a result of being unseen by you. All falling damage you receive is halved.
In addition, this magic weapon has three charges and regains all its expended uses every day at dawn.
Eagle Dive. As a bonus action, you can expend a charge of this magic weapon to release a gust of wind that revolves around you and grants you a 60ft flying speed until the end of your next turn. While flying in this way, you don’t provoke opportunity attacks. In addition, you can choose to let yourself fall and attack an enemy within 10 feet of where you land. If you hit, for every 10ft you fell, the attack causes an extra 1d10 slashing damage.
Sharp Feathers. As an action, you can hit the ground with this magic halberd, expend two charges and speak its command word. Hundreds of translucent illusory feathers appear, floating around you in a 10ft circle until the end of your next turn. As a part of that same action, you can make an attack roll against every creature within the feather area. As long as the feathers are still around you, as a reaction, you can make an attack roll against a creature that enters or attempts to leave the area.
Total Awareness. You can expend one charge of this magic weapon to give yourself advantage on any perception check that relies on sight. The effect lasts for 10 minutes as your eyes turn pale white.
