Dagger, uncommon (requires attunement by a Creature of Evil Alignment)
This claw is made with a striped piece of cloth and chunks of leather and metal. It looks like an old pile of junk for those who don't know its true power. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you hurt a creature with this claw, you can force it to make a DC13 Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failed save, the creature takes an extra 1d6 psychic damage, and until the end of your next turn, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from every Attack roll or saving throw it makes while horrifying visages fill its mind. Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until the next dusk.
