Upcoming game for patrons only: I'm On Parimakservation Duty

Yes, I know, it's kinda random. A few weeks ago, Cherubas made me my own, cute little "I'm On Observation Duty" fan game for my birthday featuring the Vacuulus house. He then suggested I try making one myself, and the idea seemed really fun so I went for it. And I actually gave it a very serious attempt.

For those who don't know, "I'm On Observation Duty" is a horror game by Finnish developer Notovia. It's been in a lot of YouTube lets plays the past year and I really enjoy the game a ton. Essentially it's a spot-the-difference horror game. You're watching a house through 6 cameras, and as you switch between the cameras, random and often small changes take place in the rooms you're not looking at, known as "Anomalies". It's up to you to report them as you flip between cameras and spot them, but inside an eerie atmosphere with some anomalies that may be considered... startling.

It's basically completely done save for a couple tiny adjustments I still need to do, I managed to put this game together very slowly and passively over the course of a month, and it was a ton of fun. A really solid programming exercise. Tried some new things and learned a bit! Horray!

The rooms are based off of rooms from my house and various friend's houses. It's full of references to my work and silly jokes, but its also a genuine unnerving horror experience where I tried to expand upon the original and go over the top, as I do.
