2022-08-07 16:57:22 +0000 UTCRonnie - I am an iced coffee aficionado and I have agonized over this problem as well - let me share my current strategy. I use an OXO Brew Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker. I fill it up with coffee grounds (Cafe du Monde is best) and water for 24 hours and it makes a extremely strong concentrate that I keep in the fridge for up to a week. Itโs so strong I only use 3 tablespoons per glass! I pour that over ice and milk with a little Autocrat Coffee Syrup - delicious and strong. I drink it with a little 7-inch cocktail straw so I can savor it. And I never have to wait for the coffee to brew in the morning! One batch of cold brew lasts for a little over a week. And you just rinse the thing out itโs easy to clean. And it works out to be cheaper than k-cups.
