Theyโre very elegant and flexible, they have unique characters and beautiful calmness that can be shown in artworks.
In this post you can see some of my cat sketches from 2019-20. All made with pencil.
I can see improvement compared to last year. I think now my sketches are less naive and more conscious. Itโs very important to draw from nature, I think I learn faster when I draw my cat than when I draw from reference photos. Itโs a big challenge because he always moves, even when he sleeps ๐ธ
Iโm planning to do the same post next year and see if I improved in this area!
