More Mithra! Ears Progress

Learning a lot of things for the first time. I can get the ears in-game, however I'm fixing up multiple issues. Reversed normals, backfaces, weights, floating earrings (I might not be able to fix this, I'll have to ask someone else first) learning how textools advanced modpacks work as well as penumbra modding, etc.
I don't want to release it broken, I want it to be ready on the first release.
I also learned about shading a bit, so I can update the Mithra! Tail mod to be less shiny now.
