Because he gets hot and sweaty so easily, he wears his jumpsuit hanging off at the waist.
Here are several variations of him you will see in the game. He has five different expressions and two poses. In addition to his nude version, he has a jockstrap and a couple of variations of his uniform.
Look for the updated Nasir sprite to be included in the next beta build.
