theme list and rules

Since now, eatch time a new theme will be selecting, I will put a message into patreon to let all patrons know how it's work and the current themes lists at this moments. For the first time, I will put the rules too but for the next ones only the list of blocs will be put. If you have questions or want participate (this case to peoples with good tier), I invite you to go look into the discord of the patreon. It was made for that.

The way this lottery would work:

Two batches are to be put into place:

- Batch 1 'Active batch' : contains all of the themes that can be selected

- Batch 2 'Backlog' : contains all of the themes that have been done already.

The rules would be as follows: 

- Weekly themes are to be randomly selected from Batch 1.

- When Batch 1 is empty, the Batch 2 is emptied into Batch 1.

- When a theme has been done, it is removed from Batch 1 and to be placed into Batch 2.

- When a theme is offered to be put into the Batchs:

    - If the theme is already present in Batch 1, it's weight is increased in Batch 1 (higher likelyhood of being selected)

    -If the theme is already in Batch 2 (therefore not present in batch 1) nothing happens

    - If the theme is not present in any Batch already, it is added to Batch 1

- Every week, the weights on Batch 1 themes are to be removed

It would be creatures themes. A creature is a creature wathever the prefixe you give. For example : "Sphinx","lezard sphinx","exotic sphinx","all sphinx","hooved sphinx",.... are all sphinx. You can give the prefixe if you want, like that it will give me a more precise direction to  go. But if the program give "hooved sphinx", all the sphynx options will be put to batch 2 and I will look the different options of it.

New rules next the first rotation. Since then, I will put a date what say the last time a theme had been selected. If one of them hadn't been selected again after one month, watever the number, I will remove it. Like that it will be able to clean theme that don't really interest peoples and accelerate a clear of the boc 2.
