Rakan is very strong after all changes, up a tier.
Thresh up a tier , more versatile of a champion now, his hook playstyle is very rewarding due to short CD.
Alistar is same champ imo

Kayle is fine vs like GP type of champs, you can survive lane, have good barrel interactions, but she is purely a counter pick imo.

Not many changes for ADC this patch but here is some:
Overheal is rlly OP on champs that rush lifesteal now, So like Onhit varus, Vayne for example.
Engage supports being buffed and seeing more play means champs like Samira Draven Kaisa will be better, but still conditional champions that needs this type of pairings and a matchu...

Asol is not OP imo, his lane is sooooooo bad, he scales pretty well yes, but his lane is just terrible, into melee champs can get quite a bit of stardust so then hes a bit better, but not convinced hes a S tier pick yet.
Annie buffs however tho, very good changes. Annie is actually good, think she is better than asol lol.
