RE: Nvidia Performance Regression in Overwatch

Hi guys -- as some of you may know there's been a big performance hit on nvidia cards specifically in Overwatch after the changeover to proton-wine. I was able to reproduce the issue last night. I believe I know where the regression is and am working on trying to narrow it down.
