Unfortunately the leaves actually were plain black for some reason.
I can only explain that with the PMC renderer (that I use for my final render) is bugged with cinema4d's layer nodes, so I simply used a new texture for the leaves and it looks fine now.
I will let it render over night and tomorrow you will get the page :)
Alright guys. Everything runs smoothly.
