Sorry for the late post. Yesterday and today I was as at work for the whole day.
I continued working on the capital when I got home earlier and this what I've managed to do until now.

I'm still not sure if I want animated NPC's or not.
It's kinda hard making bigger characters look good when animated within rpg maker's default 3 frames since it's meant for very small characters..
