This one comes with an xray as well. I used the dspline feature of realflow to simulate the fluid as if it was running through a tunnel (her guts for that matter)

The next page will be delayed until tomorrow. I've actually rendered it out already and did the postwork as well. However I wasn't quite satisfied. I did some more sculpting on the anus and also adjustet the shaders on it.
I also put the camera a bit closer to her.
